We strongly recommend adhering to our size charts and wearing the size recommended for your size. The recommendations are in place to ensure you get the most wear out of your leggings. Yes you will be able to fit in smaller sizes but putting the fabric and stitching under strain will only result in your leggings wearing out quicker.
Please order the size listed in the size chart, this will ensure the fabric does not over stretch ensuring they remain squat proof. It also makes sure the pattern looks vibrant (and not faded because the white is showing through).
Finally it stops the stitching popping or being put under strain.
